You can use the “Submit a new story” button at the top of the sidebar to recommend either your own Japan-related articles, or other Japan material you’ve found and want to share. Please note that JapanSoc users prefer submissions from blogs rather than mainstream news sites. The reason for this is JapanSoc was started with the goal of providing a platform for bloggers to connect with each other and showcase their work. News articles are welcome, but the personal touch that bloggers provide is preferred.

You can also submit a story using the bookmarklet, a FeedFlare, a voting button or a text link in a blog post.

IMPORTANT: New submissions go into moderation. Once approved by the site administrator, future submissions will appear on the site without needing approval.
